Email to Fax 101: Everything You Need to Know

  3. If you would like to add a cover page, write a message in the body of the email.

  5. Click ‘send’.

Once your fax has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your fax was successfully sent. 

How To Receive a Fax via Email

  1. Open your email account, and navigate to your ‘inbox’

  2. Locate your received faxes by looking for emails from “[email protected]”, with the subject line “Fax Received From (fax number)”.

  3. Click on the email, and view the fax as an attachment

  4. If you choose, you can forward the fax, save it to your computer or print it.
